We stand behind every MerryPixel. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it free.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Send a photo of the item to support@calmpaww.store within 14 days of delivery and we ship a free replacement. You keep the original — no return needed.
Change of mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose your bundle carefully before completing checkout.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been dispatched.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
