Shipping policy
Every MerryPixel order ships free, anywhere in the world, with tracking.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 6–9 business days. Peak periods and customs checks can add a few days.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.
Customs and duties
Import duties are rare on this product but, where they apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address. After dispatch we cannot reroute the parcel.
